How does it fit?
It runs true to size, so order your usual size.
What are the materials like?
The upper is waterproof suede. Inside, a soft microfleece lining, faux fur and 100 g of insulation keep your feet warm, and an EVA footbed adds cushioning. The EVERTREAD™ rubber outsole gives you solid grip.
Is it really waterproof?
Yes. The boot has waterproof construction, but the laces aren't waterproof, so they may get wet in deep snow or slush.
How do I care for it?
Treat it like any waterproof suede, and spot clean with a clean cloth as needed.
What should I wear it with?
The faux fur trim does a lot of the styling for you. Wear it with leggings or slim jeans and a chunky knit, and add the Free People Folk Mitten in Pink x Red for a pop of color.
Is it good for everyday winter wear?
Yes. With a waterproof build, a warm insulated lining and a grippy outsole, it's made for daily winter use, from school drop-off to weekend outings.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy (Store Credit Only, No Refund to Original Payment)
Thank you for supporting our small business. As a locally owned boutique, we operate on limited inventory and carefully curated collections. Because of this, we do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment.
Instead, all eligible returns are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used in-store or online. This allows us to continue bringing in new styles, maintain fair pricing, and keep our business sustainable.
To receive store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned within our stated return window

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
